Missed Appointments: Really effect our small business in a big way.
We ask you to give us at least 48 hours notice, if you are unable to make your appointment. Should you wish to cancel an appointment, as courtesy to us and other clients, by giving us this notice, it will enable us to re schedule your treatment for a more convenient time.
If you fail to give at least 48 hours notice, or simply don't show up, no refund or reschedule will be offered, this includes gift vouchers, missed appointment will be chargeable at the full cost of the treatment.
(Monthly subscription members will be charged £10 per booked treatment)
Clients that have missed appointments in the past will be asked to pay in full when booking any future treatments.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on completed services/treatments, in the unlikely event that you are in any way not happy with your experience, please contact us within 3 working days, via email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can inspect our work, that has been carried out. If we are at fault, we will make every effort to correct it to your satisfaction, at no extra charge.
