Cancellation/Salon Policy

Missed Appointments: Really effect our small business in a big way.

We ask you to give us at least 48 hours notice, if you are unable to make your appointment. Should you wish to cancel an appointment, as courtesy to us and other clients, by giving us this notice, it will enable us to re schedule your treatment for a more convenient time.

If you fail to give at least 48 hours notice, or simply don't show up, no refund or reschedule will be offered, this includes gift vouchers, missed appointment will be chargeable at the full cost of the treatment.

(Monthly subscription members will be charged £10 per booked treatment)

Clients that have missed appointments in the past will be asked to pay in full when booking any future treatments.

Late Arrivals: We know that travelling in and around London Town, is not easy at the best of times, but if you arrive more then 10 minutes late, your appointment will be either shortened or cancelled and you will lose your appointment, as time and staff were allocated for that treatment.
By Appointment Only: Due to the range of services and length, we are unable to cater to walk-ins.
If you would like to pop in for a visit, we kindly ask you to contact us first, so that we can continue to offer you an outstanding level of service.
Pets: For safety and hygiene reasons, no pets are allowed at the salon, clients will be refused there service if a pet is present upon arrival, sorry for the inconvenience, this does not include guide dogs.
Children: No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the salon for health and safety reasons.
Payment: We accept cash, Card Payments over £10 - Visa, Mastercard and Amex, are accepted. All prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on completed services/treatments, in the unlikely event that you are in any way not happy with your experience, please contact us within 3 working days, via  email info@uglyducklingbeauty.com so that we can inspect our work, that has been carried out. If we are at fault, we will make every effort to correct it to your satisfaction, at no extra charge.
