Booking and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our services! To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please take note of our booking and cancellation policy outlined below:

Booking Process:

• All treatments are priced per session.
• Due to demand, we recommend booking your appointments in advance, especially for multiple sessions.
• A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total balance, which is to be paid in full on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
• Cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled treatment or no-shows will incur a 100% fee of the treatment price.
• Late arrival if you arrive late for the time of the appointment, we may have to shorten it, so that it doesn't effect the next client booking.
